Path to Enrollment

Step #1: Visit

  • Attend an info night or schedule a tour.
    • Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook to find future events.

Step #2: Apply

Step #3: Gather

  • Attend Parent Information Night

Step #4: Assess

  • Confirm reception of Pastor and Teacher recommendations.
    • Pastoral recommendation must be from your current pastor.
    • Teacher recommendations can include a past teacher, music teacher, tutor, Sunday school teacher, coach, etc.

Step #5: Meet

  • After reviewing all required documents, the Admissions Office will send an invitation for a Family Interview with Civitas Leadership.

Step #6: Prepare

Step #7: Enroll

  • Officially enroll
    • Upon student acceptance, parents must enroll their student and submit the enrollment fee ($100) for the 2024-2025 academic year.
