Path to Enrollment
Step #1: Visit
- Attend an info night or schedule a tour.

Step #2: Apply
- Apply online at civitasclassicalacademy.org/application
Please note the $50 per student application fee.
Step #3: Gather
- Attend Parent Information Night
Step #4: Assess
- Confirm reception of Pastor and Teacher recommendations.
- Pastoral recommendation must be from your current pastor.
- Teacher recommendations can include a past teacher, music teacher, tutor, Sunday school teacher, coach, etc.
Step #5: Meet
- After reviewing all required documents, the Admissions Office will send an invitation for a Family Interview with Civitas Leadership.
Step #6: Prepare
- Records from previous schools to be sent to [email protected].
Step #7: Enroll
- Officially enroll
- Upon student acceptance, parents must enroll their student and submit the enrollment fee ($100) for the 2024-2025 academic year.
